Hey RCS
WOW! Jay, I had no idea this was going on with you, I’ve listened for years, and never knew because you don’t speak like this normally on the show. When you are in a really down mood, the negative thoughts just keep firing one after another. It must be scary to feel nobody is there for you, that your friends choose not to pick up the phone when you call. What a selfish act to be to busy for your friend. No matter what happens, these thoughts seem to fuel your bad mood correct? Just makes everything worse, is it like buzzing in the background like a swarm of wasps. Sometimes, these are the thoughts that can keep you locked into a depressed mood? Thanks for making me more aware and to have a better understanding of what your dealing with. Much love to you, and the other two on your show.

Hey Guys,
Tuned in to catch Danny Wilde, first time I listened and it was a lot of fun, the conversation you did on depression was heavy for a comedy show, but don’t most comics go thru dark moments, Richard Jeni, Robin Williams so I am glad you guys didn’t scare away from it, and bless the three of you who have dealt with it, are dealing with it, and maybe it might just open the eyes and ears of others like me who maybe don’t reach out to our friends. God bless you guys.

Your conversation on depression is hitting home. This is a hard time of year for me.
